Yes! All products sold at The Pop Guy Collectibles are brand new and in original packaging unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
Do you sell exclusives?
Yes! We carry Entertainment Earth exclusives, Specialty Series, and other limited edition Pops. Check individual product listings for exclusive details.
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
We charge a flat rate based on the weight of your order. Orders over $120 qualify for free shipping!
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping may be available in the future — stay tuned!
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes! You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
Returns & Condition
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us at 00thepopguy00@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
How do you pack your Pops?
Every Pop is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in a sturdy box to ensure it arrives safely and in mint condition.
What if my Pop arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please email us at 00thepopguy00@gmail.com within 7 days with photos and we will make it right.
